Huntbastian Week - Day Two: Not Like Me
"Hunter? Are you for real?"
Sighing, Hunter clicks the safety off his gun and points the barrel at the vampire’s head, but Sebastian simply laughs.
"Let me guess? The werewolf hunter Hunter has some nice silver bullets laced with wolfsbane and… holy water, perhaps?"
Light My Fire
Summary: Hunter is a newbie at the Fire Department of the City of New York, and Sebastian is your everyday college kid, which, incidentally, leads them to meeting each other.
"Hey, new kid!"
Hunter’s head immediately lifts from the paperwork in front of him, and he straightens his back when one of the oldest firefighters at the department makes his way over to him. He might not look it much anymore, but the lieutenant has everyone’s respect, and Hunter is smart enough to understand that he shouldn’t ask why.
Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow
Hunter is a fairly newborn vampire and has to admit defeat when he’s gone a full fourteen days without feeding.
Warnings for general mentions of adult themes and blood.
The building he’s led into looks shady at best, but he realizes that it might be the perfect cover for a set-up like what it is. It’s a warehouse on the outskirts of town, where most people around know to keep their noses to themselves, and especially when it comes to vampires. There’s a very small chance of the police stopping by — not that they’d dare to meddle anyway — but at the same time it’s very easy to find for the right people.
Huntbastian Week - Day Four: Pen Pals
Skirting on the very edges of the definition ‘pen pals’. Like, as far as I could possibly stretch it. Harry Potter AU.
It takes Hunter all of two minutes to realize he’s wearing the wrong tie on his way up the stairs from the dungeons, and he quickly pulls the green and silver fabric off, stuffing it into the pocket of his pants. The thing between Sebastian and him is relatively fresh, easily torn apart, and so he’s not about to let any of his friends know.
At least, he’s not going to make it blatantly obvious. They’ll still ask where he’s been all night, of course.
Anonymous said: New Neighbors!AU Huntbastian!!
Hunter can deal with his parents being exceptionally nice and neighborly most of the time, but that doesn’t stop it from being incredibly embarrassing that they insist on going by the new neighbors with apple pie as some sort of welcome to the neighborhood. It’s so embarrassingly American that he’s not even sure the French neighbors will understand why the hell they’re doing it.
"Now, I’m going to be sitting in the office across the hall, and if I hear any noise — and I mean any noise at all — I’m extending all your detentions another day.”
Mr. Greene opens his mouth again after he’s looked at the four students in front of him to make sure they’ve all understood what he’s saying, but just as he’s about to speak, the door slams open.
We’ll start doing those weeks twice each month. For example, we’ll post the theme on the 1st and the next one will be the 14th instead of posting only a new theme every week or two weeks.
This week one is “Seven Deadly Sins” as suggested by an anon and will start this Monday (28th of July).
So the main schedule will be like this:
- Luxuria (lust): Monday.
- Gula (gluttony): Tuesday.
- Avaritia (avarice/greed): Wednesday.
- Acedia (sloth/discouragement): Thursday.
- Ira (wrath): Friday.
- Invidia (envy): Saturday.
- Superbia (pride): Sunday.
